Upper charging limit [Canadian 2015 eGolf US spec]

Hello,
My egolf was imported to Canada, I do not have access to the WV app or emanager.

Is it possible set the upper charge limit with OBDeleven,  to avoid  charging to 100%.

I bought my 2015 used, so I have never used the phone app. I have heard it is terrible. My car does have the schedule buttons at the charge port, but they are not functional at all. Maybe your EVSE can control this, but mine does not. I have Juicebox 40.

Were you able to get this to work? I'd buy odbeleven if it supports this feature for the 2015 egolf, but I haven't been able to find information on it.
