2017 EGOLF FUNCTION NOT AVAILABLE

I got my egolf today and plugged in my odb11 I got the original version. When I run the HV-EM Energy Information from live data I get a 'Function not available'.

I cant find out why I get this and not sure if it's the car or app issue.

Anyone else find this?

I have the gen1 odb11 without pro

Same problem, I get 'Function not available' for HV-EM Energy Information.

Not my car but have you tried changing your odx version

I haven't try the pro version. 

However, I found the value I was looking for in the following menu:


Gateway, Live data:Energy Storage unit: Energy content of HV battery  RWB-internal deduction

From there you have the energy in W.h and with the the state of charge of your battery(in %),you can calculate the capacity of the battery.

You can even have the SOH if interested in Gateway, Live data: EM_prcSoh
