So got High Beam Assist enabled on a 2019 Premium Plus model, but is there a way to make it persistent? It would be nice that it stays on after a power cycle like I coded for my 2019 Tiguan SEL-P. I haven’t gotten around to it, but has anyone tried or know if these are available on the Audi platform as this works on my MQB Tiguan sorry for character issues it’s a result of Google Drive and its trouble keeping format from copy and paste from VCDS during original coding:
High Beam Assist stays on, even after cycle
Controller 09 - Central Electronics 16 - Security Access - enter 31347 10 - Adaptations • (5)-Assistenzlichtfunktionen-Fernlichtassistent Reset • Wert anpassen: "nicht aktiv" [standard = "aktiv", d.h. Fernlichtassistent bei "Zündung aus" deaktiviert] By doing this, if your light-switch is in the Auto position when you start the car, HBA will be automatically enabled (White headlight symbol on the dash). (rough translation is: • Adjust value to: "not active" [default = "active", i.e. High-beam assistant deactivated with "Ignition off"]. - in other words, this stops HBA being reset to off when the ignition is switched off)

I have a feeling it’s because VW Auto Group feels it shouldn’t be always on and should be engaged manually for a drive. I can’t recall where I saw that statement, it’s been a year or so since I saw that and my guess they either locked out that on their Audis or it’s just not present on the MLBEVO platform unlike on the VW MQB platform.
