Byong have you tried the below post that Don left in the shoutbox
dv52 (Australia): byong: Yes - stuff changed in the 09-Cent Elec module in mid 2016 (old mk7). Instead "Access Control", search for "ZV allgemein" then select "Funk bei Klemme 15 ein" and set to "active"

Go to [09] Central Electronics Go to Secuity Access and enter 31347 Go to adaptation channels and set the following: - (15) Access Control 2 - Regenschliessen_ein aus (Rain Closing on / off) - Select Active - (16) Access Control 2 - Regenschliessen_art (Rain closing Type) set to Permanent - (28) Access Control 2 - Menuesteuerung Regenschliessen (Menu Control Rain close) – Set to Active (enables the menu in the ifotainment screen) Go to [09] Central Electronics Rain and light sensor (could be RLS or RHLS subsystem) Byte 0 Enable:
Bit 1 Regenlicht aktiv (rain light active)
Bit 2 Regenschliessen aktiv (rain closing active) My Old coding…..00A8DD My New coding….06A8DD But access control 2 on the new module is ZV Komfort Then you have to select in MIB And you have to have the wipers in automatic position But it doesn’t work on some cars (different rain sensor?) I haven’t done this myself tho,

You're right. Volkswagen changed the type of rain sensor.
As a result rain closing won't work on the current facelift anymore.

Hello
its posible in digital cockpit ok golf facelift change with the audi ?

If your asking if the golf digital dash can display the Audi’s graphics then no I wouldn’t have thought so, as the Audi dash is a different shape
Or if your asking if the Audi and vw digital dash are interchangeable then I’d say it could be possible but it would be a massive undertaking with lots of bespoke parts and specialised programming and heaps of cash

Hello I have a question.
[Q1] Is there a way to make the meter classic display possible with ActiveInfoDisplay of Golf 7.5R?
[Q 2] Is there a way to enable the range monitor in Discover Pro?

Post by vwjap on Feb 24, 2018 9:16:14 GMT
Q1- what do you mean by classic?
Q2- what do you mean by range display? Driving school mode?

Q1 the classic display is only the dials not having any info in them, and obdeleven is not needed for that, just go to views and it should be on the list (I haven’t got a R so I don’t know what’s on your list)
Q2 I’m not sure you can have the range thing unless you have a E as it’s to do with how much battery is left, not fuel, but it’s something I have not played with

To enable classic dials you need to change the screen setup. Its not available on the default R dials, but use the mod from earlier in the thread to change "tube" type and you'll have it.

Has anyone figured out how to get the interior lights to turn on when ignition is turned off?
Pretty sure it was standard on my mk7 gtd, but they only come on when you open the door in my mk7.5r

Is there anyway to slow the speed of the pulsing rear indicator lights on a mk7.5 R (UK)
For instance say it takes 2 seconds from start to finish, could I make this 3 seconds?

Took me a while, but finally figured it out. Used to be in a menu called access control 2, but it does not exsist on the facelift, everything has its own menu now.
Mirror fold via remote control key lock key.
Module 09 - Security Access 31347 Adaptation Submenu – Spiegelverstellung - Funk Spiegelanklappung Modus (Change to: By convenience operation via remote control key)

Although there is a setting that looks like you can adjust the timing when the light is off Dynamische_Blink_Delay:

I think it may put them out of sync but wasn’t maybe hoping I could change them all to be in sync with the back ones going a bit slower. Thanks anyway will have a look

Hi, Is there a way to lower the speed for the auto high beam and lane guidance?
|
|
|
Post by vwjap on Apr 6, 2018 10:45:02 GMT
No not on the lane guidance You used to be able to change the threshold for the HBA on older modules but looking through the central electronics and the front assist modules it looks like not anymore
